Co-Founder | Director

Darren Border

Over 28 years in the construction industry, with very successful periods at board level of blue chip businesses. Brings a unique diverse background in real estate development, construction procurement and mechanical and electrical services, as well as pioneering unique procurement models.

Director | Chief Financial Officer

Ray Elliott

A 20+ year Financial Industry professional with a strong reputation in the industry.

As a Chartered and Fellow status professional and the CFO for the business Ray adds a wealth of knowledge from running his own successful business, accounting, tax management and strong investment experience.

Co-Founder | Director

Brian Warner

With 30 years working for the top two tier 1 contractors in the UK in several positions, most recently at board level. Experience in land acquisitions, development management, and the procurement and on site delivery of construction projects during which pioneered 'defect free handovers' of projects.

Development Director

Peter Czarnomski

A Chartered Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry from the pharmaceutical sector to higher education.

Peter held the position of Director for Estates for 17 years and ran a team that has delivered both PBSA and educational projects aligned to the universities growth.

Product & Design Director

James Clark

A qualified Architect with a very unique experience in co-living design delivering projects ranging from £30m to £100m in a new UK sector. With vast design and project management experience from conception to completion within the UK rental model market.
